Service Delivery Manager

As a Managed Services Provider and Oracle Platinum Partner, Quistor provides its IT-consultancy services to over 250+ international JD Edwards, Oracle Infrastructure as a Service, Oracle Platform as a Service, Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse, Oracle Analytics Cloud, and NetSuite customers daily.

As we are growing fast, we are looking for a dedicated Service Delivery Manager to be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and improving our services to maintain customer satisfaction.

The Service Delivery Manager bridges the gap between operations and customer: Operating as the first point of contact for our customers, business, and other stakeholders to ensure that the IT services are met according to the terms of service level, business objectives, resources (time and budget) and quality.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Demonstrative technical knowledge of JD Edwards (CNC,)
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in communication with customers in an international environment
  • Strong customer service orientation, able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to act as consultant, advisor, customer advocate and project leader for our client programs
  • Assess customer feedback to facilitate the necessary improvements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch is a Pre)
  • Ability to work under pressure

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Certification in Oracle CNC, Oracle IaaS, Oracle OCI
