UKOUG 2021 Together

We are pleased to be supporting the UKOUG this year at their first physical event since March 2020, UKOUG 2021 Together will unite Oracle Customers, Oracle Partners, and the Oracle Corporation, creating an eco-system where all can benefit.

First up we have a collaboration session with Rohit Vichare (SXS Technical Owner), Spirax Sarco Join this session and learn how Spirax build a global platform for JD Edwards in OCI. Besides the move to OCI,  technology changed from SQL Server to Oracle DBaaS and from Windows to Oracle Linux. Join Jack & Rohit for all the ins and outs of this project!

We are also pleased to be joined by Begoña Villamor – Quistor’s BA Senior consultant with more than 20 years of experience who will be guiding you through a real case: Datalake and Autonomous Transactional Process and ODI. The implemented solution consists of Oracle Data Integrator in its Marketplace distribution, free if you load data into any Oracle Cloud database. Autonomous Transaction Processing as database and, for the future DWH, Autonomous Data warehouse.

And finally we have our very own Jack Van Den Brink (MSc) who is a well-known persona and experienced speaker in the Oracle community, Jack has a broad background in Cloud, JD Edwards and modern technologies such as Block-chain and AI. On a day-to-day basis Jack is supporting customers as a trusted advisor as well as being responsible for the UK and France territories within Quistor. Jack will be sharing with you the added value of Oracle’s cloud offering for JD Edwards customers with you.

To excite you even further, there will be a social event happening on the Monday evening on the Ovals roof terrace where you can admire views of the city and the infamous cricket ground whilst mingling and networking with others. What more could you wish for?
