There is a lot of coverage in the media and at Oracle user conferences about Cloud Computing and the move towards IT Managed Services. But what do JD Edwards customers think about Managed Services and what do they want in the foreseeable future?

I have been asked by Quistor, a leading Oracle Partner Specialised in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, to conduct independent research to find the answers and make the findings available to all participants. The objectives of this research are to understand what JD Edwards customers think about the use of Managed Services, good and bad, based either on their own personal experiences or their perceptions based on what they have seen or heard.

I would, therefore, like to request 10 minutes of your time to participate in this important survey. In return, you will be entered into a prize draw to win one of five Amazon gift vouchers worth US$100 (or local equivalent). You will also receive a copy of the white paper that will be created to share the results of the survey.

Your contribution is important. No individual responses will be identifiable in the white paper. All information will be collated and used to gain a better insight into the views of JD Edwards customers regarding the benefits or otherwise of using Managed Services for their JD Edwards systems.
The deadline to contribute to this survey is July 31st but please don’t put this to one side, please complete the survey today if you can.

You can find the survey here.
