Senior Managed Operational Security Consultant (EU and UK)

For our recently established Managed Operational Security (MOS) department, we are looking for an experienced IT Security Consultant based in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Spain, Czech Republic or Belgium.

What will I do?

As a Senior Managed Operational Security (MOS) Consultant, you have the knowledge and experience required to keep our customers business-critical information technology systems secured by actively tracking vulnerabilities, implementing security patches, and pro-actively advising on security improvements.

Developing and implementing security standards, security best practices, and automations, conducting security assessments, participating in security audits, and promoting partner security products are also part of the job.

The Senior MOS Consultant works closely together with Customer- and Partner IT Security teams, Service Delivery managers, Account managers, Vendors, and the internal IT departments of Quistor.

As a Senior Consultant, you are stress-resistant and able to solve complex problems efficiently and diligently. Furthermore, you have the capabilities to participate in projects, to coach Medior and Junior consultants, and act as a team lead.

Required qualifications and experience

The Senior MOS Consultant has at least a bachelor’s degree in IT Security, or 5-10 years of professional work experience in the IT Security domain supported by information security professional certifications such as e.g. CEH, CISM, CISSP, CASP+, CISA, OSCP, CISO.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Ansible
  • DevOps experience
