Quistor was founded in 2005, and since then we have grown to more than 260 Quistorians providing daily consulting services to more than 250 international clients in Oracle IaaS, Oracle PaaS, Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse, Oracle Analytics Cloud, JD Edwards, and NetSuite. We currently have offices in more than 12 countries, and our teams are made up of up to 11 different nationalities.

This programme will train you together with other talented individuals, to become a junior consultant, with whom you will be sharing the experience during the three-month training period.
As a trainee, for the first three months, you will be introduced to the tools and procedures. With the help of our experienced consultants, you will complete the training required for understanding Oracle’s technology, as well as an introduction to JD Edwards, operating systems, and ticketing tools.
After this period of learning, not only from the technical standpoint but also all soft skills required and proving yourself in a practical environment, you will have a good idea of what we do, how we do it, and the opportunity to start and become part of Quistor.
As of the fourth month, you will be assigned a more experienced consultant as a mentor to continue your learning experience.

“What did the Quistor Academy do for me? It helped me to get introduced to the JD Edwards’ world. For me, it was the first contact with an ERP and the IT sector. When we started, we were taught the basics of JDE and covered the core modules: Finance, Distribution, and Manufacturing. Our trainer’s were very experienced consultants and helped us to understand all these new concepts in a simple way. What I also liked was that our trainer’s would be our colleagues when we started working officially for the company!
After three months of intensive training, we were able to choose the area in which we wanted to specialise in and started to support the first clients.
