Training and Development
At Quistor’s Global Training Centres in Malaga and Prague young talented recruits get the chance to follow a predefined training program. The training programs entail self-developed classroom & E-Learning training plus active involvement in customer delivery.
These new recruits will join either the JD Edwards application or Oracle technology consulting stream and will work closely together with Quistor’s existing delivery centers in Bergen op Zoom, Prague, Madrid, and Coruna.

The selection process at Quistor
After receiving your application it will be evaluated by the HR department (and the department manager/service line leader). If your profile matches with the vacancy requirements you will be invited for a pre-select call. Quistor strives to respond within two weeks of your application.
3. Face-to-Face Interview
As we highly value teamwork the second interview is used to get acquainted with one or more colleagues.
2. Pre-select Call
The pre-select call will be scheduled to check your English skills and motivation. If this call has a positive outcome you will be invited for a face-to-face interview with the department manager/service line leader. Prior to this interview, we will ask you to complete an online assessment. You can test the online assessment here.
4. Job Offering
When you have successfully completed the selection process and if you are the perfect match, we will provide you with a job offer. Think of the terms, contract type and duration and other agreements.
