29-03-2007 - Quistor, a leading provider of hosted E-Learning Solutions, announced today that it has acquired Mens & Verbogt. This expansion fits into Quistor's global strategic plan aimed at rapidly expanding its complete E-Learning Services offering. "We recognized Mens en Verbogt being exceptionally well perceived by its current customers," said Eric la Maitre, CEO at Quistor. "The Company has an exceptional management team and dedicated staff already in place as evidenced by its rapid growth in recent years. Mens en Verbogt's superior knowledge on Transformational projects and HR solution offerings adds a lot of value to our current hosted e-Learning Service Offering." "Quistor's strengthened position and added strategic expertise from Mens and Verborgt will significantly speed up operational growth and expansion," said Henry Barenholz, Vice President Commercial Affairs at Quistor. "With Mens and Verbogt on board, we have an excellent opportunity to continue to drive innovation in the e-Learning market, support our sales operations, better serve our customers, and expand our competitive position in the marketplace." Since Quistor was founded in 2006, it has established itself as a provider of hosted and fully managed e-Learning Solutions for regional and global institutions. Its "ready to go" platform, based on the Oracle iLearning software platform, provides companies an excellent solution to dramatically reduce training costs and upfront investments, by using a pay as you go-pay as you grow pricing model. Organizations can outsource all administrative tasks that are involved with blended Learning and reduce IT implications and complications, thus enabling themselves to focus on Talent-, Competence, - and Performance Management issues. Facing these challenges and improving the quality of each of these, will result in a better overall business performance of organizations.
