Atradius Academy live on Quistor Learning Management Solution.

Custom e-learning content created by Quistor and off the shelf Skillsoft content is now available to Atradius Credit Insurance, by using Quistor's Learning Management Platform.

Atradius is one of the world´s largest credit insurers. Atradius offers a comprehensive range of credit management solutions which protect businesses of all sizes against the commercial and political risks inherent in domestic and global trade. By insuring trade receivables, Atradius customers reduce exposure to bad debt, ensuring a more stable cash flow and effectively turning risk capital into growth capital. Atradius insures trade transactions worth €465 billion annually. Their worldwide market share is 31% and they have annual revenues of € 1.8 billion.

Learning & development created awareness by launching the ‘Atradius Academy’. The Atradius Academy structured existing and new training modules into different building blocks e.g. induction; knowledge; generic; people management; business management & leadership and executive education. Quistor was asked to develop a three hour eLearning course, a part of their blended induction program, which facilitates the successful integration of new colleagues into the organisation and enables employees to be more effective in their jobs. Furthermore Quistor developed custom eLearning content for ‘professional skills training’ (e.g. credit insurance training, Atradius systems training etc.). Quistor delivered these projects on-time and on-budget.

Atradius required a learning management solution for blended learning that would be centrally administered. Atradius needed a solution quickly, but had no staff to administer the solution both technically and functionally. The license and implementation budget was also limited. A shortlist of learning management solution suppliers were evaluated and the Quistor / Oracle combination was declared the best-fit. The existing eLearning platform was replaced by the Quistor BPO platform.

Quistor delivered Atradius a proven and scalable learning management system (Oracle iLearning) which met all of their requirements. We provided a complete infrastructure to manage, deliver, and track training in both eLearning and classroom based environments (blended learning). Delivery was based on a software as a service (SaaS) model. This means that the learning management system was available as a switch-on-service and Quistor would host, operate, and administer the system for Atradius. Atradius could benefit immediately from the learning management system without going through an extensive implementation project. This was very important as Atradius had a limited budget and no internal resources available. We also manage the day-to-day administration of the LMS which frees up Atradius resources over time for other important initiatives. The use of the learning management system including operation, administration and support services is based on a subscription fee (pay-per-use). Quistor’s pricing model matched Atradius limited budget as we offered Atradius a more predictable fee, eliminating initial capital costs.
